Our Approach to Healing As A Family
We are Larry and Kay Lynne Diamond, and our family’s health transformation has been life-changing.

Together, we’ve lost a combined 190 pounds and reversed numerous health conditions including sleep apnea, allergies, asthma, severe
IBS, psoriasis,
depression, anxiety,
brain fog, joint pain, and
constant fatigue. By embracing an ancestrally inspired way of eating and living, backed by modern science and a deep respect for nature’s wisdom.


Our Story
For most of his adult life, Larry struggled with obesity and declining health. But in 2013, everything changed. With a wife and a newly adopted daughter, and a body that was breaking down, he decided enough was enough. He dove into research, drawing from his background in indigenous agricultural wisdom, the hard sciences, and his lifelong love of learning. His guiding motto? “Learn from everyone, follow no one.”
What he found was simple yet powerful: whole, real food with healthy fats and proteins, intermittent fasting, and home cooking. The results were undeniable. He lost weight (120 pounds), regained energy, and felt better than he had in years. Kay Lynne, seeing his transformation, joined seven months later. She lost 70 pounds, reclaimed her health, and together, they embraced this new way of life as a family.
Their daughter, just two years old when this journey began, went from the 3rd percentile in height to the 25th in a single year and has thrived ever since. Even Kay Lynne’s mom joined in at age 74, losing 20 pounds and finally breaking free from lifelong sugar cravings.
Larry went on to spend six years as a health coach and researcher for The Fasting Method (co-founded by Dr Jason Fung and Megan Ramos). As a TFM coach, he helped clients regain their health through intermittent fasting and whole foods.
This chapter is about walking alongside others. Larry and Kay Lynne bring their lived experience, deep curiosity, and a shared belief in the body’s ability to heal when supported with compassion, consistency, and care. Healing With The Diamonds is their way of helping individuals and families reconnect with their own power, purpose, and possibility through a whole-person approach to healing.
